Desmone led a two-phase, 13,780 SF renovation for the WVU Medicine Children’s Neurodevelopmental Center, including an office revamp and 3,000 SF shell fit-out. The Center provides outpatient care for children with brain and CNS development disabilities, offering services like Speech Therapy, Physical Therapy, and Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA). The space includes exam rooms, therapy gyms, ABA cubbies with CORS, play areas, observation rooms, offices, waiting areas, and conference rooms.
