Desmone completed one of the first tenant fit-outs in the former Mylan/Viatris facility in Morgantown, WV, for WVUH Pharmacy Services. Initial programming explored relocating the entire pharmacy model into the space, but Phase 1 focused on select services. Desmone provided space planning, furniture, and finish selections. The fit-out includes new offices and warehouse storage serving WV, MD, PA, and OH. Future phases may further consolidate pharmacy operations into the building.
