It combines deep involvement in preconstruction planning, including feasibility, budgeting, constructability, coordination, and scheduling, with comprehensive construction administration (CA) responsibilities such as submittal management, RFIs, site observations, and contract enforcement. This role is intended to expand to a director level position to provide Construction Manager as Advisor (CMa) services on behalf of the firm.
