The Savoy Restaurant and Lounge project included exterior upgrades, interior renovations, a new commercial kitchen, and a rooftop deck. The entrance reimagines Pittsburgh’s historic Strip District with modern materials—ashlar limestone, aluminum, and restored brick. Folding glass doors open to sidewalk seating, and a covered rear deck offers three-season dining. As a design-build, Desmone collaborated with the full project team and the City to meet high standards on a tight timeline and budget.
