Desmone designed a full tenant fit-out for Marbill Jewelers in Belle Vernon, PA, transforming an existing retail space to meet both operational and customer-facing needs. Located on a prominent street, the building was fully gutted—interior walls down to CMU—and rebuilt with new studs, drywall, ADA-compliant bathrooms, and a breakroom. The redesigned façade enhances curb appeal, while Desmone partnered with Balaity Property Enhancement, a Florida-based jewelry store design specialist.
