The new construction development of the Block E parcel in the Lower Hill District of Pittsburgh, PA consists of a 900+/- parking garage facility and an entertainment venue (by Others - conceptual venue images only by Desmone). The parking garage structure will include commercial space and a Public Safety Facility. The new garage design have been taken through Planning Commission approval.
