Description: The new construction development of the Block E parcel in the Lower Hill District of Pittsburgh, PA consists of an entertainment venue (by others) and a 900 +/- parking garage.  The parking garage structure will include commercial space and a Public Safety Facility. The new design has been taken through Planning Commission approval.
