Ligonier Valley YMCA is partnering with Desmone to renovate the oldest part of its facility, originally a 1930s high school. The project includes new ADA-compliant locker rooms, a secure childcare center, and upgrades to the natatorium, exercise rooms, and wellness center. The existing façade will also be renovated to create a seamless connection with the 2016 addition, unifying the building’s appearance while enhancing accessibility and functionality.
