Desmone collaborated with Pennoni Associates and California University of Pennsylvania on a new off-campus soccer and intramural sports facility. Located at a former elementary school football complex, the project includes new artificial turf, field lighting, bleacher seating, a press box, and expanded parking. Three existing buildings were renovated to provide collegiate-level locker rooms, training facilities, and public restrooms, creating a comprehensive athletic hub for the university.
