As part of a 90-acre mixed-use development, Desmone designed one of the first Gen 4 TownePlace Suites by Marriott, setting an architectural precedent while honoring the brand's prototype. In phase two of Cranberry Springs, two 14,000 SF retail buildings were designed to establish design standards—materiality, form, and aesthetics—for the entire development. The site also includes the UPMC Lemieux Sports Complex and Firebirds Restaurant, reinforcing the district's cohesive identity.
