To help attract young families and reverse a decline in full-time residents, the City of Myrtle Beach commissioned Desmone to design a three-building mixed-use development as a community anchor. Guided by public input, the master plan includes a town square, YMCA, library, community center, museum, living lab, food hall, grocery, and apartments with amenities. The design, completed as an RFP response, aims to create a vibrant, resident-focused hub in this popular tourist city.
