Desmone designed a 25,845 SF tenant fit-out for WVU Medicine’s Center for Nursing Education within the 1.1M SF WVU Innovation Center. Serving 250 students in an accelerated 1.5-year program, the space emphasizes hands-on learning over traditional classroom time. It features five flexible classrooms, five simulation labs with control rooms, a six-bed Skills Lab, nursing station, Hands-on Lab, breakout spaces, offices, lounges, a testing center, locker rooms, a meditation room, and restrooms.
