Desmone is partnering with ELDI to transform the former St. Peter & Paul Church in East Liberty into a premier event venue. Vacant since 1992, the 1890 Gothic Revival church—with its iconic 200-foot spires—will feature its 83-foot-high nave and mezzanine as the main venue space. A new 14,500 SF two-story addition will wrap the side and rear, housing restrooms, a catering kitchen, support areas, community rooms, and a black box theater. The project is currently in the planning phase.
