Settlers Cabin Business Park is a planned nine-building flex park. Desmone masterplanned the site and designed the first three completed buildings. Each 22,500 SF structure can be divided for up to 10 tenants. A flexible punched opening system allows easy reconfiguration of doors and windows as tenant needs evolve. The buildings feature pre-engineered structures, light gauge walls, brick and split-faced CMU facades, storefront entries, and at-grade garage doors at the rear truck court.
