Desmone partnered with Franklin Interiors, Falkbuilt, and Sentinel Construction to design a new HQ for Penn Energy’s 125 employees, fostering collaboration and privacy in a dynamic, light-filled space. Innovative wall systems and integration with existing infrastructure helped meet budget and timeline goals. Subtle color shifts aid in wayfinding and departmental identity. The project’s success was highlighted in a panel at the 2023 MiniCon Pittsburgh design expo.
