PACE Place is an independent living facility in Star City, WV, offering 12 ADA-compliant apartment-style units for individuals in the PACE program, which supports employment for people with disabilities. Designed to blend into the surrounding single-family neighborhood, the one-story building uses traditional residential materials like stone wainscoting, wood-look fiber cement siding, and standing seam roofing. The project broke ground in July and is expected to complete in August 2025.
