Ensinger Group, based in Germany, produces engineering plastics globally. Phase 1 of its facility completed in 2019 includes 40-acre site development and a 60,000 sq ft warehouse. Steel structure with 90 ft clear span, 40 ft high bay for future use. Designed by Desmone, the facility also includes offices, restrooms, data center, and electrical infrastructure for expansion.
