CCL Industries, the world’s largest label company, partnered with Desmone to design a new 76,000 SF office and manufacturing facility at Beauty Park in New Albany, Ohio. The space includes offices, labs, warehouse, and room for four Gallus eight-color presses and three tube extrusion lines. Desmone also completed the 14,000 SF lab and office fit-out, featuring a concrete spiral stair to a mezzanine lounge, warm wood tones, and an industrial aesthetic to support employee retention.
