The scope included the refurbishment of the existing Lobby finishes, spanning 2-levels, adding a Starbucks retail store on the ground floor, reconfiguration of the 2-story high main entry façade at Ross Street and additional entry plaza upgrades. The design goals of the project were to upgrade the entry lobby from the outside in, reducing the visual busyness of the existing space while providing a modern, clean, and simplified material palette. The project is pursing LEED Gold Certification.
