With a cultural shift from in-person to hybrid working, BNY Mellon's office was designed with flexibility and collaboration at the forefront. Hoteling workstations were organized in neighborhoods based on line of business and level of privacy and security required, with flooring and lighting demarcating their boundaries. Various types of collaboration areas from technology-equipped booths and to lounge seating and meeting rooms are interspersed throughout floor plan.
