Beech Bottom Industrial Park

Desmone partnered with the BDC of the Northern Panhandle to repurpose the 480,000+ SF former Wheeling Corrugating Plant into an industrial park. Efforts included programming, grant support, and architectural/engineering reports. Phase 1 featured 180,000 SF of new roofing, structural repairs, and façade replacement—securing Pure Watercraft as a tenant. Desmone also designed their facility and master planned the adjacent site for four future buildings totaling 700,000 SF.
