Create a plan that works.

Our team centered the process on understanding the housing needs and amenities residents were looking for. Research revealed that residents were looking for a living environment beyond the typical status quo of apartments and condos.

Giving form to vision

The ownership team was open to forgoing maximum development heights and density in the zoning review. This allowed the planning team to keep an open approach to the project massing and design layouts.

Working out the details

The project was designed through Building Information Modeling software and supported through a series of sketches, 3D models, and renderings. The end product created a range of both move-in ready units and blank slates for customization.

Building your vision.

Careful construction planning was necessary to work in such a tight urban area, often involving communication with neighboring landowners. The motor court — with its suspended boardwalk and heated concrete court — had to be constructed from the inside out.

Maximizing your investment

The project was open for public attendance through Pittsburgh Magazine’s Ultimate House program, serving to inspire homeowners all throughout the city and region. The end-building has become a place of great personal pride and community for those who reside within.
