Built in 1926 as a luxury department store, 20 Federal Place has Youngstown’s largest footprint and is a key historic landmark in the Mahoning Valley. Once nearly vacant and deteriorating, the building is now set for transformation. Desmone assembled the team to complete critical assessments that guided the design. The revitalized space will feature a food hall, grocery, office space, and apartments—bringing new life to both the building and downtown Youngstown.
