Create a plan that works.

Our design team explored contemporary design issues — such as the USGBC WELL standards — while our interiors team evaluated how the office would work.

Giving form to vision

In the design process, as the team reviewed the floor plans, one of the seemingly contrary alternate ideas that gained acceptance was with the elevator location. One natural thought was to place the elevator central to the building complex. In continued lively discussions of future tenants, and how the elevator would function, the elevator was best placed at the east end of the complex.

Working out the details

Design was always happening including through the construction process. The project team remained curious and continually sought opportunities to enhance the space. As surplus materials became available the team went to work looking to capitalize.

Building your vision.

The collaboration and communication between the contractor, owner, and architect occurred daily.

Maximizing your investment

The building serves as a showcase for Desmone Architects and what the firm stands for. The project allows the staff to work efficiently and collaboratively in a healthy WELL space, while the building serves as a laboratory to experiment and to gain a deeper understanding of process and implementation.
