Yesterday, Desmone hosted its very first Thought Leadership seminar, Clearing Hurdles to Facility Growth & Expansion. Teaming up with Pittsburgh Regional Alliance, Duane Morris Government Strategies, and Buchanan Ingersoll Rooney PC allowed us to deliver a complete integrative presentation regarding facility expansion. The speakers covered topics associated with hurdles related to expanding your facility including site selection, financing resources and tools, zoning issues, capital stack, project build type, project timeline, and much more.
It was a pleasure having the chance to work with the involved companies. David Ruppersberger, President of the Pittsburgh Regional Alliance, was an informative moderator and led the discussion well. There were over 50 registrants for the event.
