Brad Frankhouser
Associate, Senior Project Manager, Desmone Architects
With over 15 years of experience, in his role as Senior Project Designer, Brad is responsible for code research and analysis, construction detailing of multi-story buildings, and coordination of complex Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, Fire Protection Systems, Structural and Site components. Brad recently completed a new 57,000 square foot facility for Wendell August. The project houses Wendell August’s Flagship Corporate Headquarters including offices, a 45,000 square foot manufacturing/distribution facility and a new retail store.
