Laurus Corp. buys DoubleTree Green Tree
A new video and further information has been released regarding the recent acquisition of the DoubleTree Green Tree hotel. Desmone Architects recently completed interior renovations to the property with Looney & Associates in 2013. We are looking forward to teaming up with Looney again for a new round of enhancements to the hotel. Laurus plans to invest another $7 million into the facility and add another restaurant to the property.
