Marketing Manager

Summary of Position

Working closely with our leaders across our three offices, the Marketing Manager will lead the development and execution of strategic marketing initiatives that elevate Desmone’s brand, support business development, and celebrate our design impact. This role blends creativity, storytelling, and analytics — perfect for someone who thrives at the intersection of design and strategy.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee company’s brand standards, marketing materials, and communication calendars
  • Develop long term marketing plans and budgets with leadership to inform company-wide operations
  • Organize and execute public relations, social media and other marketing campaigns
  • Under company’s brand standards, ensure all deliverables for proposals, presentations, marketing content are properly executed and are completed within set deadlines
  • Design internal processes, templates and necessary infrastructure to efficiently facilitate relevant content for company’s marketing purposes
  • Standardize and manage the company’s request for proposal process with clear definition of deadlines for team members and subconsultants, maintenance of proposal templates, and accuracy of all final submissions
  • Supervise the inventory and procurement of company’s library of signage, apparel, stationary, photography and other brand collateral
  • Track and monitor marketing-related expenses, budgets and sales-based reports to benchmark the successes and shortcomings of marketing efforts
  • Monitor and ensure the company’s established mission, vision, brand, and supporting content are accurately represented externally- such as speaking engagements, events, digital advertisements, sponsorships, industry organizations, and media outlets
  • Develop and execute training protocols and supporting materials to educate current and future staff members on company brand and culture
  • Preserve the integrity of the company’s market position and brand standards through the established style guide

Qualifications

  • 5+ years experience preferably in the A/E/C industry
  • Bachelors or Master’s degree in Marketing, Communications or related field from an accredited university or equivalent skill set and technical expertise as determined by the firm Ownership.

Senior Interior Designer

Qualifications:

  • 11+ years of experience is typical
  • Bachelors or Masters Degree in Interior Design from an accredited university or
    equivalent skill set and technical expertise as determined by the firm Ownership
  • Professional NCIDQ certification achieved through the Council for Interior Design
    Qualification
  • Certification is preferred in one or more content areas (LEED, PHIUS, Revit, CSI, etc.).
  • Min. 5 years or working knowledge of Revit usage with advanced knowledge of
    modeling
  • Basic knowledge or proficiency in AutoCAD & Photoshop, 3DMax, Sketch-up, InDesign
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office & Windows OS, PowerPoint
  • Excellent communication skills, able to present and convey Desmone’s capabilities and
    experience, project portfolio, and/or design direction during internal and external
    events, business development, client engagement, and project meetings

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office & Bluebeam. Basic knowledge of AutoCAD & Photoshop.

  • Competent knowledge of building materials, and construction techniques.
  • Sufficient knowledge of engineering disciplines to coordinate work.
