Desmone is partnering with the City of Wheeling and Wheeling CVB to design a new Visitor & Heritage Center near the historic suspension bridge. Highlighting Wheeling’s railroad and river history, the center will feature immersive exhibits with AI, viewing decks, a rooftop restaurant, meeting space, CVB offices, and rail trail access. Construction is slated to begin summer 2025.
