The Pittsburgh Post-Gazette just featured a retail project of ours in Lawrenceville. Jared Korchok, Project Designer at Desmone Architects worked with Number Fourteen Boutique to revitalize an old bar into a vibrant mixed-use boutique. The new space includes 1,000 square feet of first floor retail and a new apartment on the second floor. Patrons who once knew this location as a favorite bar are “floored” by its transformation.
