The scope of this project was to complete an interior renovation of an existing building into an ideal space for a growing autonomous vehicle company.  To ensure a successful outcome it was important to work with multiple teams to create an environment that fosters collaboration and rapid workplace demands.  The design intent of the lobby was to create a first impression. As a visitor signs in and walks down the main hallway, they are greeted with multiple conference spaces and intriguing graphics. Beyond the public area, you enter into the open office which includes workstations, open collaboration booths, phone rooms, various huddle and meeting rooms, as well as a snack grab-n-go area. Adjacent to the workstations is a large kitchen, catering community station, and social lounge to support office mobility and camaraderie among employees.  From the beginning of the design process, it was a goal for the space to promote employee retention and serve as a hub for multiple buildings that the company utilizes for garage space and more.
