This project is located in an industrial/market district in the City of Pittsburgh. An existing warehouse structure will be converted into 11 luxury private residences. The project has an inward focused motor court and central boardwalk area for the residents. A typical unit has been design with four bedrooms on two floors, with each having a private courtyard and street terrace. The project will seek LEED Gold Certification, and incorporate sustainable design features such as enhanced storm-water management, salvaged materials, and extensive building re-use.
